Outline Planning Permission
What is Outline Planning Permission?
An application for outline planning permission precedes a full planning application and is used to understand whether the scale and nature of a proposed scheme would be agreeable to a Local Planning Authority. The planning application for outline planning permission requires a lesser amount of information and details than what is required under a full planning application.
Listed Building Consent
What is Listed Building Consent?
Listed Building Consent needs to be obtained when demolition, alteration and/ or extension works are being undertaken to a Listed Building. Listed Building Consent is required when these works are going to impact the character of the building. A planning consultant will be able to assist with understanding the grading of the Listed Building and whether Listed Building Consent is required. Change of Use Planning
What is Change of Use Planning?
Change of use planning needs to be obtained when the intention is to change the use class of existing premises to a new/different use class.
